Just got another one:
Dear Time Warner User,
You’ve been selected to participate in an anonymous survey about your experiences with Time Warner.
In consideration for your time, at the end of this short survey you will be presented with several exclusive reward offers (worth at least $70).
Well there ya go.
Enter in you PIN, Social Security Number, and 2 major credit card account numbers.
Your $70 rewards will be delivered in 6 weeks.
No problem.
Do you have an anti-virus program on your computer?
It seems like you really need one, or a better one, than what you have.
I have Norton security, which includes ant-virus and web protection. So far I have not had any problems.
I bought it, but I think it was worth it.
How does that have anything to with Free Republic, other than FR and Time Warner both use the Internet?
I get these from Spectrum periodically, I think from Verizon and AT&T in past as well. Reminders that they know what you are browsing and are in the path to block or slow it down.
I wonder if an ad blocker would prevent these from coming up?
