Thank you for contacting me to share your views about health reform. I appreciate knowing your thoughts on this very important topic.
Since the enactment of Obamacare more than seven years ago, Americans across the country continue to see the consequences of this disastrous law. In Arizona alone, the cost of midlevel health insurance plans on Obamacares marketplace increased by 116 percent on average last year. Worse still, before Obamacare, Arizona had 24 insurance companies selling plans on the individual market. Today, there are just two companies and 14 of Arizonas 15 counties have just one insurer. That is not what President Obama promised when this bill was signed into law, and why the status quo is simply unacceptable.
As you may know, earlier this year I voted against the so-called skinny repeal amendment because it would not have accomplished what I have been promising Arizonans for seven years, and that is to repeal and replace Obamacare. While the amendment would have repealed some of Obamacares most burdensome regulations, it offered no replacement to actually reform our health care system and deliver affordable, quality health care to our citizens.
As we move forward, it is critical that Congress not make the mistakes of the past that has led to Obamacares collapse, including in my home state of Arizona where premiums are skyrocketing and health care providers are fleeing the marketplace. We must now return to the correct way of legislating and send the bill back to committee, hold hearings, receive input from both sides of aisle, heed the recommendations of our nations governors, and produce a bill that finally delivers affordable health care for the American people.
Ultimately, the final product must be based around the fundamental value of freedom, and Obamacare is not.

I stopped sending linda graham letters because she’d take forever (six weeks or more) to answer and her responses to the specific questions I asked in my letter were ignored. Instead, she’d send me a form letter about whatever topic was hot right then.

Not only when his lips are moving, but with every word he authorizes to be sent out over his name. This may or may not be dementia caused in part by his recent affliction, but words certainly do not follow action. McCain is still p*ssed with Trump for the way his period of captivity by the North Vietnamese was characterized. Still, there is some room for reasonable doubt as to how McCain comported himself during captivity. And much of it is still available to anyone who is willing to look, and in McCain’s own words.

Are you sure it’s legit? If so, point out his grammatical error. Tell him to waste taxpayer dollars on proof-readers with better credentials.
Back when man-tanned John Boehner was still weeping in the House, I wrote my critter (VP Pence’s, then governor, successor) to ask why a conservative wasn’t running to replace him.
His response was also a form letter. I found out later it was provided to all critters to assuage us angry plebs—by speaker Boehner’s office.
