Fred Reed (fredoneverything) wrote an article about this many years ago regarding american women. He said an american man does best to marry a mexican or asian woman. American women are poison to men, due to the expectations our society has laid on them.
My post is not about how great a catch american men are, btw. That is another subject. It may be that they are made for each other.
I will say this: When my wife dumped my at age 43 after 20 years, I didn’t know what to do. The Lord put the perfect woman in front of me, THREE WEEKS LATER at my 25 year high school reunion. We have been married 19 years and the honeymoon ain’t over.
There are still good women out there, but they are the “old fashioned” ones.

Well, if he’s looking for a woman who’s never been married and over 40, yea, they are almost all not worth the time of day I am sure there are exceptions to this... but honestly, most over 40 never married women are far too into themselves to be a serious candidate for any meaningful relationship (and I highly suspect the inverse is true of never married men over 40)... they are all just too selfish to be serious relationship material, even if you have the means they will bleed you dry and act like their vagina is so great that you should do whatever they want without compromise....
If you haven’t been in a serious relationship by 40, you have spent too much of your adult life never thinking of anything but oneself to generally be serious material for consideration. Doesn’t mean they are bad people, but they clearly don’t know how to compromise, and exist in a relationship... they have spent too much of their lives doing whatever they want, whenever they want to be given serious consideration from folks who know what being in a relationship takes. They won’t compromise and be angry and offended and upset whenever the inevitable need for it arrises.
Mine and my wife's 35th anniversary would have been in October of this year. Cancer claimed her life back in June and I'm lost without her...

Reams could be written on the subject. Rational people react to their circumstances with rational responses based on the input / stimuli they are receiving.
A lot of rational men have made the rational decision that relationships in the current climate are a net negative in their lives. Many more rational men would make the same decision in the absence of social pressure.
Speaking for myself, I’m in my marriage for the long haul but if it ever did fail for whatever reason, getting remarried is absolutely off the table and it’s not even up for discussion.
I am a man, but c’mon, I don’t see a lot of good men out there.

Yep, Asia. After experiencing one, you realize just how far feminism has taken the western women, in a bad way.
A few years ago, my wife asked me what my favorite color was and I told her "brown". She didn't think that was a apt favorite color until I took her to the bathroom, turned on the lights and told her (that's right, I told her vs. asking her...;-)) to look at her eyes....now she thinks my taste in colors is great.
I tend to agree, i married an indian lady, not by choice, it just happened that she was from india... very different set of values....God forbid anything were to happen, I would probably look outside again.
