...."I found this interesting."...

Very good video. I also am very skeptical of modern translations as in my Bible study I have found many errors, mistakes, misunderstandings, ect, because the translators were not of the same culture as that of the writer. I have a Septuagint and use it often, but I can't study daily from it and teaching is hard because my classes don't even know what it is. I mainly use it for tidbits like this one and also the Apostles would have had access to it and got may idea's from other sources than what we call "the Bible" today.Read Amos 7:1 in the Bible and then read it in the Septuagint. Jude wrote of things in the Book of Enoch, but we don't recognise it as Scripture.

One that just blew my mind was found in Mathew 25:6 where it says the Bridegroom is coming, go out and meet Him! Go go to the Strong's numbers for "Him", the last word. How does a pronoun get translated from a "backward baffling wind"? Of course I believe the writer was saying the Holy Spirit will suck us up to the Bridegroom, but why would the translator just put a pronoun of "Him"? There are even others that address the confusion back in Genesis about the "Sons Of God".

A guy before you was saying the Bible says you can't know the day or the hour and only the Father knows, but he has no clue that every Jew know exactly what day the day no one knows is. Bible study is much different that Bible reading.
