Over the past few months this all felt familiar, a trip back to how it felt when absolutely everything was "Bush's fault", though in recent weeks it has ramped up far beyond that into something very ugly and dangerous.
It doesn't help that the Republican Party won't...help. That seems to be the difference this time.
