Good Iowa farm land has gone up in value.
$10K would get you 2 acres of decent land, only 1 acre of really good land.
I’m in Wisconsin. Land is still relatively cheap if you can stand to live outside of the Socialist Meccas of Madistan and Milwaukeestan. ;)
