I’m not up to speed on the new figure in several toons today: The image of a white rooster with a hairdo similar to Trump’s, but which also sports a mustache. Who is that supposed to represent; and why?
This is my take on the “rooster”.
Just as Trump supporters too Hillary’s nasty “Deplorables” remark and ran with it, making it our own (LOL), so it is with the big chicken image. Some anti-Trump people. in order to mock our President, created a large “chicken” balloon (like the ones at Macy’s parade) and gave him a Trump Haircut. This was supposed to insult president Trump, but instead we Deplorables embrace the chicken, making him our own (much like Pepe the frog!)
In my humble opinion, this is the best way to defuse those jerks. Take their own meme and aim it back at them.
