We have had rain and cooler weather since 8/1 here in central TX.
Dove are arriving daily in the hundreds. Everything that is happening should be happening on 9/1. Weather patterns are 1 month off.
Everyone is predicting colder than normal winter.
Just like all those years of above average amount of hurricanes and we have gotten none, nada, zip.
They call it weather, cause WTF meant something else/S

I’ll wait for Joe Bastardi and Weatherbell.com to put out their forecast for this winter.

Sure.

Just like this was the hot summer they predicted.

I’ve had an AC-free summer and no sudden heatwaves are in the forecast. September is just around the corner too.

July here in Northern Virginia was miserable. August so far has been very nice.

Here’s my prediction.

You read it here first.

We have had a relatively cold, rainy summer.

Our annual precipitation is fairly constant here in the North East. This means if we get an annual rainfall of 65 inches and 80% of that happens May through August...Winter is going to be dry.

When we have dry, hot summers, we get wet, snowy winters. Funny how that works.

Fortunately there's an abundance of low cost natural gas in the US that can keep us all warm this winter, drill baby drill!
