You obviously aren’t familiar enough with the teachings of Chairman Mao. In 1957, he said “Let 100 flowers blossom” inviting criticism of the Communists. He then knew who to target.
Corporate message boards are the same. Why waste resources looking for folks when you can get them to target themselves.
I’m sure that if you took the cameras away and swore a vow of secrecy, a lot of these CEOs would be talking wayyy different tones than diversity. It’s caused by our regulatory state being captured by the Democrat liberals. Just look at it- HSBC getting a slap on the wrist for terrorist and cartel money laundering after they donate to a leftist charity for instance. It’s about time social conservatives stopped pulling their punches and started fighting the culture war for real.
It is a scam to pretend some “special groups” are assimilating, and to force companies to hire un- or under-qualified members of those special groups under threat of lawsuits. Basically it is an additional tax/overhead on companies in the US.
I recently watched a “couples that kill” episode that featured New Orleans “policewoman”(?) Antoinette Frank. She applied for a job as a cop there (pre-Katrina), and was rejected for psychological reasons. She found a loophole that allowed her to get her own psych exam (which of course she passed with flying colors), and she was hired - because New Orleans thought it would help to have black females as cops.
A white co-worker lined up an off-duty gig for her working security at a Vietnamese restaurant, and she started dating a young drug dealer who was shot (she was assigned to his case). She would actually answer calls with this drug dealer IN HER POLICE CAR. Anyway, she and the dealer rob the Vietnamese restaurant, killing the cop who got her the off-duty gig (he also worked security there) and two members of the family that owned it; two surviving family members describe her personally shooting their siblings. She and her boyfriend have been on death row for years now; many other people involved in hiring/arming her should be there with them.
Diversity for diversity’s sake is ridiculous and costly.
