Yes, China vs. India are in our interests. China will have to get out from under Korea, both China and India hostilities will shift American work and commerce back to America. Isolate both or what's left of them once they get a hot war going.
But nothing suggests the blood supply is any more than the local population requires, fixing a shortage, or something. I seriously doubt this is a build-up to war.

War may be a broad term. I suspect China is planning a limited military action with some casualties. They are probably angling for quick decisive win in a limited conflict. If things do not turn out the way they envisioned and they bog down in what appears to be an indefinite stalemate, then they may be forced to escalate the conflict.
In that case, China has to deal with two-front conflict. The same is for India, because China indicated more than once that they will create conflict in Kashmir with the help of Pakistan unless India backs down.
