I'd rather see that money go for increased pay and better healthcare for all the non-tranny members of the military.
Yeppers and if the care cant be provided on a base they go to the local doctor who does specialize in that sort of thing, so the homosexual is either stationed at the base closest to that city or would be TDY there for the operation and recovery and follow up...
(Which would stretch into his veteran days years later...thus spending VA funds too...)
No duty station miles from nowhere for them...
