Posted on 07/26/2017 11:31:46 PM PDT by PCPOET7

Question to freepers

it just occurs to me that LGBT movement has a lot of money funding them and now I am wondering if most of it is Soros money.

David Geffen, the (by now) Billionaire record producer from Los Angeles would be a primary source. Plus other people in the entertainment industry who have been working together over the last 50 years. Background and producers, not necessarily entertainers. Those who own the labels and studios can make or break careers very easily. They get listened to.

A lot of Soros money is in the mix for sure, but don’t go all tunnel-vision about him. He is just one of quite a few billionaire types who seem to have nothing to do but spend their money on attempts to control the rest of humanity.

Just in Colorado alone, we have gay tech billionaire Tim Gill, gay tech billionaire Jared Polis who bought his own seat in Congress, Stryker Medical Empire billionaire heiress Pat Stryker - who is not herself gay, but whose brother and co-heir is, and she supports everything he does. How about your state?

Remember, most gays don’t have children, so they have a lot more discretionary spending than say a family of 4 or 5.

They can easily afford to donate to their own cause.

Many large corporations fund them.

Tim cook of Apple is a homosexual, so you know he gives them money, and 90 percent of Silicon Valley is pro gay.

Here’s a list of them (I’m sure it’s not all) - it reads like the who’s who of Corporate America.

Human Rights Campaign [HRC]: The largest “lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgender” lobbying group in the United States, HRC supports political candidates and legislation that will advance the LGBT agenda. Historically, HRC has most vigorously championed HIV/AIDS-related legislation, “hate crime” laws, the abrogation of the military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy, and the legalization of gay marriage.

And last but not least, the U.S. government: "Since 2012, United States officials said, the American government has spent more than $41 million specifically to promote gay rights globally, along with a portion of $700 million earmarked for marginalized groups to support gay communities and causes. More than half of the $700 million, and $6.6 million of the $41 million, was spent on sub-Saharan Africa — just one indication of the continent’s importance to the new policy.": U.S. Support of Gay Rights in Africa May Have Done More Harm Than Good.

Do you all remember that Reagan spent the Soviet Union into defeat? They tried to match every military expenditure and went broke doing so.

Doesn’t it look a little like Trump is getting the left to “punch itself out” meaning expend way more energy and money on stuff they thought they had under control than planned?

They’re not doing the best they could do. The turnout for the NYC protest of banning military transgenders was quite pathetic for such a liberal bastion.

My guess is most of the funding came from the state department. Most of Soros causes are largely funded by the state department and then funneled into his coffers. He’s more the front man than the originator.

Yes, very true. The LGBT community is right there with the Public Employee Unions and the Trial Lawyers in funding the 'Rat Party and International Progressivism.

I believe the original ‘gay rights’ thing a generation ago had a lot of startup money from the late Malcom Forbes.
