LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - A Kentucky National Guard member says he was shocked by President Donald Trump's announcement that he will ban transgender people from serving in the military.
Trump took to Twitter on Wednesday to announce the ban because of "tremendous medical costs and disruption."
Capt. Jacob Eleazer says he told a superior officer he was a transgender man in 2014. He says when he saw the president's statements he felt like he was "fired by Tweet."

Listen up KY. National Guard and everyone else who does not under stand this: In no way what so ever is the military or the President questioning the patriotism or vigorous support of their country and countrymen. It comes down to the rules and regulations pertaining to the support of the LGBT, 75 pages of them in the military. The LGBT has brought this on themselves by demanding schools, university's etc. meet their demands...TG public bathrooms come to mind as well as demands that while prisoners the state pay for sex changes. Think about it for a minute......
