Great, so we would have a anti second amendment, anti life, pro civil forfeiture attorney general. Rudy is not the guy I would want to replace sessions. At least sessions was right on 2 out of 3.

I think too many on FR are freaking out over Sessions. Until Trump fires him or calls for his resignation, I am standing behind Trump and Sessions. Sessions isn’t making waves for a reason. While I expect things to be getting done, I also understand that you don’t discuss on going investigations nor important items that you want to keep on the DL until you have everything in order. This is shoot, aim later, and then watch as those who should be behind bars walk free because we were stupid.

Sessions - deporting illegals, cracking down on MS-13, investigating leakers, going after sanctuary cities, $1B health insurance fraud.... Yep, time to get rid of him.
Sessions is doing just fine. I fully support him and know he is working behind the scenes to do what needs to be done.
What kind of superior management technique is it for the boss to publicly trash an employee? Isn’t Trump trashing Sessions at every opportunity? Personally though, I think Sessions can’t get out of Senator mode and back into pitbull mode to be AG.

I say let this play out. I trust Trump’s instincts. The un politically orthodox methods of Donald Trump, honed in the real estate “street” have served him well. I try not to question actions or words that appear to be counter productive. They always seem to turn out to be squarely targeted against targets I perhaps did not even realize were there. I still find myself saying, “he shouldn’t have done/said that!” but later realize that an other target has been bullseyed.

I watched Jeff’s confirmation hearing. He did not say he would recuse himself on the Russia thing and did not say he would not investigate Clinton’s crimes.
Also, Rudy is popular in NYC, maybe, but that doesn’t play out as well in the rest of the country. His POTUS campaign flamed out and crashed. ...Voters are sick of RINOs with liberal ideas in political positions.
Senator Jim Jordan, Ohio might be good replacement.

The one thing I have said most often about Trump is this:
Never underestimate Donald Trump.
Whatever his methods, he has been proven right more often than not, even if he did it in an unorthodox manner or said something we didn’t like a lot along the way.
I’ve been wondering what Sessions is up to now and then, we haven’t heard a lot, while most everything else is played out in the news every day. But I have to give him the benefit of the doubt, wait and see what happens.
Maybe Trump is just trying to light a fire under his ass. The so called news is not telling us that Sessions and Trump have already discussed this, they both knew long ago that Mr Trump was not happy that Sessions recused himself, I can’t think of any reason for Trump to come out now with these tweets, unless he’s trying to send an encrypted message...get your ass in gear, buddy...
So I’ll just wait and see how it plays out, and trust the President’s judgement.
