IMHO, these specific kids aren't the issue...its just jaw dropping that this type of laughter at another's suffering and death is even possible.

We had Summer recreation in my hometown, where children were bussed to the community pool for swimming lessons. I never remember a black child who didn’t learn to swim.

In high school worked at a Sonic where the dopers made their drug deals. I swept up twenties and even C-notes cleaning the parking lot because many of them tear off if a patrol car cruised by on the strip.
I have accurately described behavior I saw almost every day.

Many black youths in this country are raised with no moral compass whatsoever. Every role model in their life is a criminal, ranging from the scofflaw of a mother who fabricates income to get $$ from EIC to a hardened criminal of a father serving time for repetitive violent crimes. Every problem in their lives is somebody else's fault, they are told. If you need something, you take it. In general, whether in a fight or committing a crime, the best outcome is achieved by using a maximum amount of violence. And showing empathy of any type for another human being, even a girlfriend, is considered weak, and thus a dangerous trait.
That's the real world, my FRiend. Honestly - do you REALLY believe that these same teenagers, absent being high on pot, would have behaved at all differently, other than a tad less giggling? To blame this soulless reaction to watching another man suffer and die on drug use is the equivalent of using a tunnel boring machine to bury your whole body in the sand.
