We have been feeding them for years too in west Michigan. Sorry about not knowing how to post a live link - this youtube amazed me 2 years ago so last year I made a similar birdbath. Hummers love water and they would fly through my hose spray when I was out watering to get a bath. Worth cutting and pasting the link - delightful
