Astounding implications; coupled with digital audio editing whereas phrases and whole sentences can be spliced together, now video can be fabricated along with phony audio for propaganda purposes. Given the recent escalation of unethical fake news in opposition to Tump, there is no level the media will stoop given this sort of technolgy in the future.
