That’s correct. The property owner can still ask them to leave,and the law requires that the CWP owner complies. The CWP only breaks the law if he doesn’t comply
But hasn’t this always been the case?
It’s technically a 4th degree misdemeanor now and I think it can get your licence suspended. Definitely needs changed.
