It looks like the DoD is improperty endorsing an nonprofit organization. Someone who received the email should file an IG complaint against the installation commander. Additionally, any nonprofit in the area should get the same access as the AIDS nonprofit and file a complaint against the commander when he/she doesn’t give them the same access.
Punch back twice as hard!
