This is totally asinine. I don’t care what kind of clothes you want to wear, who you want to have sex with, or the type of living arrangements you want to have.
But I have some very specific beliefs on a couple of things:
1) Gender is determined by biology/chemistry/DNA/genetics, and can be easily identified in almost every circumstance, physical appearances notwithstanding.
2) Marriage is between a man and a woman. Man = husband, woman = wife. One of each. We should not be twisting terminology - not to mention creating whacked-out laws - to suit every conceivable combination of individuals with unconventional beliefs.

Yep, those visual inspections just don’t indicate anything do they?
Even though 99.999+% of babies with a penis will grow up to identify as male, we can’t just say, hey, this is a baby boy based on that.
Ditto for the vagina; how many babies with a vagina will grow up and identify as something other than female? We can’t make such “binary” value judgements if this “parent” gets “its” way and forces a new process of sex or gender ID on all of us.
Taken to the extreme, no baby can be said to be any sex or gender, because, then you have to wait for children to grow up, and then have them declare their gender identification at that time.

Why stop at species? Extract some basic DNA from the parent’s body and engineer it in a way that will allow it to become any species of plant or animal. That’s the new child. ‘Genderless human gives birth to a spotted owl’.. or ‘genderless human gives birth to seaweed’. That’s where we are headed.
