I don’t think the headline is wrong. I’m pretty sure that the animal we call moose, is called elk in Sweden.
Swedish vs. American moose/elk:
In Norway and Sweden those are called Elk. More specifically elg in Norwegian and älg in Swedish.
They call moose elk in Europe and “British” English. They have no elk there.

This is a moose. An elk looks like a big deer with a pointy nose. This animal has a nose only a moose mother could love.
However, several other articles at thelocal.se all call this creature an elk. Wiki says this is British English. But, how do they verbally distinguish between the two?
BTW, the man had reason to be concerned. More people are killed in Alaska by moose than by bear. I assume Swedish moose/elk are just as ill tempered as Alaskan ones. The young one in this video obviously isn’t being friendly.
