Vallejo is close to Mare Island, a Navy base where there are TONS of Phillipino people.
The Phillipines is a TB hotspot.
COULD be Mexicans but...that’s actually not my first guess, in this particular case.
I’ve tested positive for TB for decades.
To my knowledge I’ve never had it.
