So far as ISIS being a creation of the CIA, Obama, and John McCain I think that’s pretty well established by now regardless of who says it.
Thew CIA acts in mysterious ways...not to say that this story is correct, but CIA often goes rogue - they are largely out of control.
They wouldn’t. They just want him overthrown. Then they think they can place someone better in. Its the same playbook they are trying in Syria.
They THINK they can use the head choppers to remove Assad, and then replace the headchoppers (ISIS, Al nusra, FSA, etc) with a sunni gulf states style authoritarian government.
