Ok. So there are 8.1 billion Muslims worldwide. I’m not sure the percentage of youth. But if a small percent of them are accessing the radical Muslim sites (of which there is no shortage) that is still a massive number paying attention to radical vilolence promoting websites.

???? Nowhere close to that number. Maybe 1.6 billion (still a huge number). Doesn't change your point, 1% of 1.6 billion is 16 million which is one heck of a lot of dangerous people. Also, it's probably far far far more than 1% that are oriented toward violent jihad under certain circumstances.
