Very well written.

The only thing missing is a discussion of people who do not have gender dysmorphia ... but think they do or have convinced themselves that they do because it is currently a fad and a way to get attention.

Or a Munchhausen By Proxy situation. Sometimes I think it's the parents who want to have a transgender child.....they will be soooo popular with the Politically Correct crowd. The kids think their parents always want what's best for them, but sometimes they don't. Sometimes the parents want the attention.
