The "Emancipation Proclamation" was made after the South had seceded and it only freed SOUTHERN slaves.


The last slaves to be freed in the "USA" were freed in NEW JERSEY... At the very end of the war.

Actually he is not that stupid... You see today’s blacks are the slaves of the Democratic Party. He is the SAME as Booth. He doesn’t want freedom for blacks that live on the Democratic Plantation.
