People who who dont want a wall (The Solar Wall) are doing it because of their endless hated toward renewable energy.
If I remember correctly—can’t find the visuals that I saw last night off the top of my head—the solar panels would be on the American side only. There are also apparently ways to make the solar panels extremely durable if they manage to get a shot off on the American side.
Also, drones and turrets.
