Are we actually regressing mankind? I don’t think government nor its sycophants in political parties really want to solve any problems. They derive all power and assume great fortune from misery,despair and constant problems that only they only can solve.

Considering the situation of historical droughts in California and other states it seems like an intelligent idea to take purified water and pump it back into the aquifers rather than piss it away into the ocean. I for one would be much more concerned with produce coming from Mexico where the workers use the fields as toilets than water that has been purified to such a degree that minerals have to be added back into it.
