I learned that the tape of the early civil trial was sealed and should never have seen the light of day.
How in the world did the prosecution get to use this in the new trial?
This would be a stumbling block for me. Of course it was his word against hers and no corroborating testimony allowed. (I admit if you were allowed to use all the women who wanted to come forward it would look very bad for the guy.) But we are supposed to judge each case on its own merits.
I just wonder why all those women didn’t come right after it happened.
