But on closer reading, it reveals a darker side filled with self-serving allegations that should make him a target of far closer scrutiny than an uncritical and adoring press has given him.
Some of the apparent contradictions are based on interpretation of dissembling answers, and some on the prevalence of compound questions - but one gets a sense of "this guy is inconsistent" when viewing all the testimony. For one thing, focus on how he chooses what he can and can't talk about in open session.
