“How did this happen?”
By all of us on the right just meekly accepting it.
Have any of us organized or attended a big protest in front of any facility that does this? Or made life very unpleasant for the people that peddle and promote this crap?
In the same situation, the left would have had its army of thugs all over this place, raising hell and giving grief to their opponents.
We are the “good guys”, the model citizens, the ones that play by the rules, the ones that get shafted over and over, we just take it. Why shouldn’t they step all over us when they know we’ll just take it?
We are mostly eunuch when it comes to defending what we believe. We talk a good game but in the end we crumble like a cheap suit.
The bottom line is our beliefs are not as important to us as theirs are to them.

I’m not much of an organizer, but I darn near got fired for refusing to “celebrate gay pride” at work. I don’t know who in business thinks this is really what the people want, but we have it. Perhaps the squeaky wheels do get greased, but in my case, squeaking got me in trouble.
