AUBURN, MA (WHDH) - The wife of an illegal immigrant arrested twice in one day, who is now accused of crashing into a family of four while drunk inside, says her husband didnt mean to do it.
Jose Acevedo, 43, was drunk when he rear-ended the familys SUV Thursday in Auburn, police say. But his wife says it was all an accident and is angry the focus is on immigration status.

The perp was stopped and found to not have a license
to drive
... BUT being an illegal alien,
a license is not needed to operate a vehicle
or on humans or at court,
and so the license-less illegal alien was immediately
released, apparently got drunk or shot up heroin
to celebrate, ... and then crashed into helpless
citizens.
There will be as much accountability as there was
for the protectors of Hasan, or those who ignored

So he works 7 days a week. I’m sure he filed his 1040 every year also.
He didn’t mean to be here illegally, either. He was drugged, kidnapped, and dropped off right across the border in MA.

I bet he is and claims every relative he can think of, The EIC and other tax credits he gets is probably more than an average annual income where he is from.

It didn’t have to happen here. Acevedo could have enjoyed his drinking and driving and accident merry-making in his country of origin. No one here wants it.
He made several mistakes and that’s all it takes.
