In the "Real World" (unfortunately), while student "Loans" pour forth endlessly..., and your enrollment requirements are minimal (at best) like Evergreen... There will be little decline in enrollment! I would assume that a number of their faculty are actively seeking employment elsewhere or contemplating early retirement!!!
