Gov. Kate Brown has signed a bill that will make it easier for transgender people in Oregon to shield any updates they make to their birth certificates, a process typically conducted through the court system without privacy from public view.
The measure, which takes effect next year, makes Oregon the second state after California to adopt laws specifically designed to help mitigate potential discrimination against transgender individuals from employers, landlords or anyone else who is otherwise able to dig up birth-record changes through public record.
The new law eliminates the requirement that changes to someone’s name or gender identity must be posted publicly by the courts. It also allows court cases involving gender identity changes on birth records to be sealed. …

For the most part, transgenderism is a sexual fetish. There should not be laws giving sexual deviants a “right” to display their perversion in public.
Some “transgenders” are truly mentally ill; for whatever reasons, they have latched on to the idea that if they were someone of the opposite gender, they would not have the problems that they have. And so, instead of addressing the problems with therapy, they abuse and mutilate their bodies to try to eliminate what they incorrectly perceive as the source of their problems. Again, there is no need for a law to humor the mentally ill. Such laws constitute official policies that the mentally ill must be allowed to fester in their illness without possibility of genuine medical treatment for the problem.
I read somewhere that the majority of male transgenders are heterosexual.
When trannies with female birth certificates are getting housed in female detention centers there’s going to be some reality checks.

I saw a crime investigation drama on TV some years ago, I think it was CSI Miami, in which investigators were stumped because although they had evidence of male DNA, the perpetrator had transitioned to female surgically, and had a female driver’s license. But DNA doesn’t change.
