French customs officials said Tuesday that they had intercepted 135 kilograms (300 pounds) of Captagon, dubbed the “jihadists’ drug”, at Paris’s Charles de Gaulle airport this year, a first for France.
Captagon, a type of amphetamine, is one of the most commonly used drugs among fighters in the Syrian war.
“It is the first time that this drug has been seized in France,” the customs agency said in a statement.
Customs officials at Charles de Gaulle discovered 350,000 Captagon pills weighing 70 kilograms on January 4 hidden among industrial molds exported from Lebanon and apparently heading for the Czech Republic.
An investigation was launched by German and Czech authorities “and it revealed that the real intended destination was Saudi Arabia, by passing through Turkey”, the agency said. …

Why not take all that speed and adulterate it with something that will not kill users immediately but cause debilitating symptoms the gradually lead to death. Symptoms resulting in sterility along the path would not be a bad thing. Intel agencies should take over the manufacturers’ labs and adulterate every future dose until the demand is gone. There you go, a simple and effective solution.
Typically, it’s sold for 5 Euro a pill. I’m not sure what it takes to manufacture...maybe a Euro each.
The thing is...for typical Germans or French, they’d go and use Ecstasy for night-club recreational drugs. So the only crowd that I’d see buying this is mostly the asylum crowd or Middle-Eastern crowd. If this were to really take off in France or Germany...cops would have a hard time controlling folks under it’s influence. You’d have to taser them.
