According to the article, they released the gator after they poured the beer down it’s throat. I think they actually did the gators a favor. If this was a female, and since they are protected due to their lack of numbers, all they did was help a male gator out. Men have been trying to get women drunk in bars for years. What a concept.

I suppose no one asked the gator’s opinion before filing charges. Had it been a fine imported beer instead of that American swill, the gator might have been greatful as hell.
