Anyone who is a kafir is equally offensive to a Muslim, which is to say almost everyone in the USA.

Of course they also have their "exnavy" types that want to incite violence against kafirs but don't want to participate themselves. Like many German neighbors of Jews in WWII, or the Vichy French.
