I was thinking...Since the press limits the debates by only allowing candidates who are tracking at a certain level in the polls to participate no matter how their ideas are perceived. Why can't the press be held to a similar standard. Only outlets that have a certain level of television/cable rating or number of subscriptions will be allowed into White House press conferences. That way, only journalists who the people have selected to be their source of information would have access to the president.

How about protests are covered based on the number of participants? So that a million strong pro life march gets 200,000 times more coverage than 5 paid anti Trump protesters.

Unfortunately, the press controls that. It would be nice though, to have an honest press. I was just thinking about what the white house could control, and honor the news outlets chosen by the American people as reliable news sources. Kind of like the Better Business Bureau for Journalism.
