Seth Rich was the leaker.

This boils dow to ‘hack’ vs. ‘leak’.

If it’s ‘hack’, then investigators are pointed to Russians.

If it’s ‘leak’, then investigators are pointed to the DNC.

Which of either ‘hack’ or ‘leak’, do you think Wasserman-Shultz, Podesta, Clintons, etc. are pushing? Of course, ‘hack’.

But they have exchanged the word “hack” for “meddling” and sometimes a pundit may use “interference”.

I think that’s because saying that the Russians “hacked” the election was too specific and was easily proven to be true or false-as is “leaking”. But “meddling”? That could mean ANYTHING.
