More fake news from Politico and its handlers and promoters.
I think his supporters are more interested in jobs, not handouts; dignity, not dependency.
Uh oh - a 3-author article. It’s gotta be extra fake.
get govt out of my wallet and off my back is all I ask
DEMOCRAT talking points that have been circulating throughout the blogs, on emails, and MSM.
Has much more detail than the Politico spin.
When Ds tell me I’m “voting against my interest”, I tell them that my biggest interest is “the proper role of government”. If we get that right, my wallet, health care, and everything else will be just fine.
Politico’s hatchet job doesn’t belong here. Why spread the garbage?
I think Americans (at least Trump voters) are smart enough to understand that we all will have to endure some pain to get the ship of state righted after so many years of storms and sabotage, Pollutico.
Wait a minute ... I thought Trump and the republicans were only for the rich.
Hey Politico...I’m a Trump voter and you have no bloody idea what my ‘interests’ are! You and your ilk will never understand!
Hey politico, if people have jobs they are far less likely to need handouts.
Democrats have a trick where they claim in lowering of the increase in the budget as a “cut”. This smells like that.
Let’s say, for the sake of argument, that medicaid’s budget is 1 billion. With a proposed increase of 5% which would put the new budget at 1,050,000,000. A proposal is given to cut the increase in half to 2.5%, which means the budget is increasing to 1,025,000,000. Democrats will claim that medicaid is being cut by 25 million. When in reality it’s actually increasing by 25 million.
They pull that out that lie every time someone tries to get spending under control.
OH NOES, WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITHOUT MY OBAMAPHONE AND EBT AND HUD PUBLIC HOUSING AND OTHER GOVERNMENT HANDOUTS oh wait i’m not getting any of those oh wells i guess trump’s new budget aint hurtin me.
Started reading, looked at where it came from: POLITICO...stopped right there...FAKE NEWS!!!
The trade-off is clear...jobs instead of welfare.
Aw, Geez, not this “what’s the matter with Kansas?” sh*t again!!
Politico - really?
Any solution that actually works will hit ALL voters extremely hard. It’s why none will ever be seriously proposed, much less implemented.
We’re riding this thing to the very bottom, regardless of who the president is.
I think it is Bernie/Hillary voters who were on the grift, er, "social safety net." Trump voters just got tired of having to pay for it.
