As an intake interviewer at a local food pantry/clothing/utility help non-profit, I can testify to the waste and abuse in food stamps and SSI. SSI, especially, is horribly abused. A "free, guvment check" for the rest of your life? You betcha. Begs to be abused.

This is the administration's budget, submitted by the exec branch. It has gotten the president's seal of approval to submit. That we do know.

They are still spinning it against Trump and presenting it in a negative light. Further, I find it hard to believe that the RINO herd”s little accounting genius Ryan did not have a hand in framing the budget. He is a long time opponent if Trump’s, obstructionist and swamp creature.
