Include a black character = appropriation
Exclude a black character = racism
It’s almost as if the deck is stacked.
Newest pity party game is ‘cultural appropriation’... In human speak it means, “No one can define another culture other than liberal elites.”
All sci-fi writers better put down their pens before their accused of appropriating ET culture.
I had a great DI in the Army who was black. But I take it back because it’s inappropriate.
I read the whole article and you really have to feel sorry for the guy. He is in this mess because he accidentally became a target for these race baiters and now no matter what he does there will be someone to cry some -ism.
You're lucky.Every DI I came in contact with, black *and* white, was filthy pig psychopath.
So true.
He should have submitted a Martian character to the editor.
You're lucky. Every DI I came in contact with, black *and* white, was filthy pig psychopath.
My guess is "filthy pig psychopath" is a prerequisite for the job and "great DI" was an affirmative action hire who was totally unqualified. < /sarc>
Good...too many “Black heroes” being created these days as it is. Their piss poor ratings say it all.
And a whole 'nother demographic will call him racist for failing to include any black characters in his book. No way to win if you're whitey.
Don’t get me wrong. He was quite tough. But he was also fair.
What does this BS do for anybody of color? I believe PC and liberalism is actually meant to keep Blacks down. I wish one day they would all go “Ferguson” and “Baltimore” on liberal whites, their DNC plantations and Kingdoms and bury all socialist radical filth. Such a dream of unreality.
