What does "was assessed" mean?

The larger question is who is doing the assessing? And what exactly do they assess?

Maybe it means that they suspect he is a muzzie, and since we live in a PC world, they didn't want to offend muzzies, so they probably didn't do anything. But, they probably DID do a strip search on granny. You know, granny is more dangerous than a Middle East muzzie. /S

What does “breached” security mean??? IF I go on a flight, I get in the security line as directed...my spouse has had to explain certain tools, etc. from carry-on bags...

How doe someone “breach” security and then get to fly???
