Alan Dershowitz: I Don’t See Any Evidence of Collusion – Even if There Was, Not a Crime (VIDEO)

Prominent American lawyer and author Alan Dershowitz, a Democrat, told Elizabeth MacDonald on FOX Business Network that he had seen no evidence of collusion between Donald Trump and Russia and even if there was evidence it wasn’t a crime.

Alan Dershowitz: Well first of all I don’t see any evidence of collusion, and second even if there was major collusion, that’s not a crime. Even hypothetically if the administration or the candidate got together with the Russians and said, “Please help me become president. Do whatever you can to help me.” That wouldn’t be a crime… The most serious condemnations that have been made have nothing to do with criminal conduct. Collusion with the Russians is not criminal conduct.”

The way to get at Amazon is to stop penalizing brick and mortar stores by forcing them to pay higher tax rates. Store locations collect sales taxes and pay sales taxes. Make doing business for Amazon as difficult as it is on other businesses. Overall, online sales is a huge job killer. I would live to see Trump put the pinch on Bezos.

I’m not sure what Dershowitz was smoking. Given the total pervasiveness of federal law today, almost no one can go through an entire year without violating at least one. I’m quite sure Trump has violated many.

Nothing even close to what Hillary or Bill likely violate on a given day, but something. Any violation will allow Democrats to demand impeachment. And rhinos to go along with them. I predict Trump will be impeached in the spring/early summer of 2018, just in time for the mid-term elections.

The collusion hysteria seems to be finally about to die down, enough people have said it’s a nothing burger.
