Three teens - all of whom will live their lives on the taxpayer dollar with three hots and a cot until they die.
“Though all three are charged with capital murder, only McBride could face the death penalty.”
Why?
Doesn't matter. As I understand it, they can all be charged with felony murder. If someone gets killed during the commission of a felony, everyone who participated can be charged with that person's murder, even though only one of them actually pulled the trigger. Unfortunately, only the oldest one in this case can get the death penalty. Where am I going wrong?
Felony murder.
Execute all three.
