Most of our kids are married, and we now have 18 grandchildren. Quite a few of them are over to our house today for Mother’s Day. But the younger kids are having problems finding someone who wants to marry, have children, and make a family. They are millenials.
Why would most millennials want to get married? How many of them go to church or believe in God, or Jesus as his flesh incarnate? If marriage is merely piece of paper that you get signed at city hall that may cause you legal troubles later why bother? Men can be wonderful supportive “baby daddies” without marriage, and women can have careers and children. Hook up with whomever you like as often as you like, after all your depo shot and your penicillin are free under Obamacare.
