Then get a restraining order against the neighbor.

I don’t think they knew originally who was harassing them with the strippers. the police probably did not take it seriously tell they responded to a call and it was a child who had shown up to strip. it sounds like the guy who was doing this had kept it a secret from his wife. she filed for divorce upon him being arrested.

According to the article it took a police investigation to find out who was hiring the strippers. The strippers thought the victims had hired them.
