I suspect the President considers himself christian without real distinction. He grew up Presbyterian, but his first marriage was at Marble Collegiate Church which is Dutch Reform and at an Episcopal Church in West Palm Beach that was more a matter of a stately church nearby to Mar a Lago. His attendance at St John’s on inauguration day is a presidential tradition going back 100 years.
