Hillary Clinton broke the law and James Comey, the recently fired former FBI director, provided cover. Huma Abedin, Hillary’s longtime right-hand woman, broke the law and James Comey provided cover. Both political parties have called for his firing at various times over the past year — albeit for usually different reasons.
Yet on Wednesday, establishment RINO relic John McCain, CR 33%, 80, said in a brief interview on CNN that James Comey is somehow “the most respected person in America” and said that there was “not sufficient rationale” for the firing of Comey.
“When you fire probably, arguably, the most respected person in America, you better have a very good explanation,” McCain, who campaigns as a conservative every six years but votes like a liberal Democrat, told CNN reporter Manu Raju. “So far I haven’t seen that,” he huffed.

Mr. “reach across the aisle” toad servant to the libs. Who sent his aide to the UK to physically pickup the bull crap dossier on Trump (hookers pissing on the bed, etc.).
McCain was so “patriotic” he brought this dossier (created by democratic scum operators in opposition) to Comey himself.
They then tried to get the FBI to pay the MI6 guy, Steele, who made up this fake dossier.
So naturally, McCain is now saying how terrible it is Comey is fired, him being a good conservative— not, and instead a bought dog of the Benghazi gun runners and hitlery.
Well he is a lot more “respected” than John McCain but that ain’t saying much.
Not gonna lie. Luv’d Comey coming out on Clinton last year.
However, it is was uncharacteristic of the FBI and the timing particularly odd.
I just assumed no matter who became president he was out of a job.
Didn’t realize they had to staff up before firing him but, that’s a common practice in corporate world so not unexpected.
What a disgrace McCain is.
John McCain undoubtedly sees himself as the most respected Senator, even though he is the most reviled.
That is John McCain’s opinion. And of course that of his girlfriend, Lindsey Graham also.
