treat their customers with care
I’ll give you four overseas airlines which are customer-friendly: Quantas, Singapore Air, Finn Air and Lufthansa. I flew all four last year and was surprised at the effort to make passengers feel welcome.
That said, I also have two overseas airlines which I won’t fly again: Air Berlin and Pegasus Airlines. Pegasus has fairly old aircraft, and has probably the worst desk support staff that I’ve ever run into.
